AVR acts as a victim support centre and offers a range of services.

Assistance both on site and through our helpline

The Centre for Assistance and Advice is open to provide support in person during the week, while our helpline provides support and assistance by phone.

Advice on insurance

In case of problems, a counsellor can provide guidance in your dealings with insurance companies.

Counselling

AVR offers a range of psychological support.

• Individual interviews with our psychologist

• Monthly gatherings for mutual support for the victims and their families, held at the local association

• Joint sessions focussing on a specific topic under the guidance of an expert in the field

• Small group counselling sessions led by a qualified psychologist
